You will receive an email from Ruby Rue Candle Co. including your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Ruby Rue Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Once the package leaves our facility and arrives at the postage facility, it’s then in the hands of that facility. You’ll need to file a claim with the postage carrier (USPS or FedEx) if your package doesn’t arrive. 

Since all of our products and processes are limited, all sales are final.

If you receive a candle that is broken or damaged, please email Rubyruecandlecompany@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged candle within two days of receiving the package.
